player bots for MaNGOS, I guess. They come prepackaged in the 3.3.1 WOTLK server, from what I can tell.

I created 5 characters, then /bot load <name>, I think. I don't have it in front of me.

If Its not standard, then it must be. I've had it for so long, I don't even remember where I got it. I guess its not standard to have MaNGOS built in. Thanks.
