Ask yourself a question first:
Should something like the price of a guild bank tab depend on the client, where a player could change it with a custom client patch?
Answer is fairly simple: no, of course not. It would be awful if people could just change the amount of money necessary to buy a guild bank tab.
That said, it's something serverside. If you want to know where the guild bank tab price is set: I'll let you search for it first.
