i hope ) ascension project did this and they uses 3.3.5 but its heavy modded

Unless you want the flexibilities of enchants, it may be easier to add spells directly to items, on equip. Like you see on most trinkets.

yeah i heard about spells on items, but i dont know how to apply spells on runtime ( i mean without editing dbc)
