There are some tools that automate those comments based on what the script has in it, but they aren't coming from official anything

manual was probably the wrong word, but the format and what smart_scripts do is just common operations that we want to be able to script through the database without recompiling the core

it's not theoretically impossible to write a tool that scans an npcs behavior in-game and automatically produces smart_scripts from that, i believe i've seen a tool that attempts it, but it's important to remember that this is fundamentally different from scanning wdb data

I have some mob behavior data that I found that I wanted to double check. I would link it here but it's from azerothcore. It is the same ability but different behaviors. Were those also done manually or that data can be trusted?
