Then you need to apply it on spawn. Can do via smart scripts `SMART_ACTION_MOUNT_TO_ENTRY_OR_MODEL` or via c++

Yes, I also came up with this idea with the SMART_ACTION_MOUNT_TO_ENTRY_OR_MODEL because my mount NPC appears but the NPC that should sit on it doesn't sit on it or I do it in the wrong order.

That sounds like what you're trying to mount them on doesn't have mount attachments so can't be used.
