In the 3.3.5 spell DBC there is a field refered to as RequiredAreaGroupId which is an optional FK to the DBC table AreaGroup. The entry in this table can then be used to create a set of areas a spell is allowed to be cast: <https://wowdev.wiki/DB/AreaGroup>.

Here is a copy paste of the wiki for spell focus: ```SpellFocusObject: Spell focus needed by spell to be casted. Player needs to be within range of apropriate gameobject with type=8.```

Annoyingly they don't use an gameobject id, they point to another DBC: <https://wowdev.wiki/DB/SpellFocusObject>

Hmm... it's not the ID it looks like, only points to a name in the SpellFocusObject table
