So all I would have to do now is edit the LFGDungeon.dbc, patch it and upload it to the server and that's it? But where are the coordinates of where in the map you are ported when you enter the map via the dungeon browser?

Scratch that. I though it was a db2 for filedata, but the one I had in mind seems to no longer be in use. At least not in newer expansions..

For 3.3.5 TC afaik it will find the map's areatrigger location for map teleports as the location. However, there is a table in the DB that can override this location and it's used for dungeons like scarlet monastery in LFG.
