I'm in the process of installing the loot and have a question about how many items should drop. How do you set at least 3 items that drop in a 25 raid? where do I have to set that there?

you put all of that into reference_loot_template

then in gameobject_loot_template you only point at the reference with amount = 3

and to make different counts between 10 and 25 modes, you do what blizz did in wotlk and just create separate gameobjects
