Hi, I've a question about sql custom. Is it apply at each server start after others updates ? I wonder because if an official update revert a custom change, does the server reapply the custom changes ?

No it does not. Server remembers applied sql files. Unless you change the file in any way or add it again at a later point, server will not reapply them.
