so the name should be `Frostbolt` and you query like `.lookup spell frostbolt`?

Lookup for exact name returns no spells and just frostbolt returns frostbolts but no custom spell

i would check the server log for anything weird and make sure again that the spell.dbc in your servers `dbc` directory indeed has that spell included as well. I don't think the lookup command does anything except for search every single spell for the name you provide and naively print it
