Create NPC -> set NPCFlag to Vendor and give Items in npc_vendor table

yes but i have problem with items i dont know how IDs work because if i use .additem command it have id for example 38 but in DB its different number

yes it show me id 35 for bent staff but if i look to table characters_inventory i have different number of item in slots
