You can go within your db and change the scale of the original to whatever you like or copy the npc make a new id and then set the scale of that different to your liking so the original isn’t scaled wrong

I did that. and that doesn't work. I created a dummy npc with scale 0.4 and then entered it in the sai, but it's still huge
