sorry, just ranting about how lazy blizzard was with implementing worgen death knights. They, lore-wise, should be the inverse of other worgen - it should be harder to turn worgen than to stay human; like having worgen become a combat power boost for death knights where you get your abilities colored with some light/life powers. Death and decay adds lifebloom effects, aotd has some plant minions, obliterate involves a second strike with claws, etc.
