I'll try exporting as patch-4.mpq, since WDBX seemingly allows for multiple item rewrite entries.

. Patch A / 4 is like items etc, Patch x-z is for others / not sure about sounds - zones - etc

I removed all the other entries because of assuming redundancy and saved the file as patch-4.mpq, which resulted in the item in question gaining the appropriate icon, skin, and model; but every other item is now a red ? XD

You need to keep the items dbc and create like ( a new one: the new one Will add all the new items. Inside ) it shows in the video , i mean ( normal items are in patch that follow the client ). You need to create a new one for the new items etc. You are doing

Oka , so you have the original files ? And created your own mpq right ?. If that so you Will need to put the patch in wow folder and restart server
