get the id of the tele spell you want and either use a command for it or give that id to a class trainer or something

i don't mind using .learn, but i think it would be nicer to learn it from a trainer

i tried changing the faction of the org portal trainer to 35 (friendly) and i'm able to get a class trainer dialog on a human mage but there's no spells to learn
