Not sure if the faction Can be the one , Else you maybe need to add it to reputation in core / dbc . Like Human - Elf - etc are getting reputation , gossip is what npc show at the menu, faction is the green - red - etc on npc name , not sure if u need to combine them, but i Think more its about items ( like some says need to be exalted )

She'll sell, but not to my worgen. Mind you, my nelf is exalted with Stormwind, not Gilneas.
