yeah for legion as stated, just didn't know of them. also believe there was a cata server that had it, otherwise it's not very common. What would be surprising to me would be SL, the other ones I just wasn't sure

If custom weapon illusions and Pikachu vulpera are a possiblity then custom races or downported races are very much possible
Well legion bfa and SL use same structure there is ofc a few new things thats added to models, but thats why you downport the model.
Getting bfa and SL to Woltk is just a click of a Button away.
But bfa and SL to legion is another deal, still very much possible but its time consuming

i believe the question was adding races to sl itself, there is a 19gb folder of stuff downported to wotlk flying around
