game event mgr does have that function to send worldstates corresponding to its own internal counters for war efforts (even though it doesn't actually use them for storing it, but that doesn't matter to us), so I don't think there's any issue with using that function. It does what it advertises

exactly, it does save everything correctly but it isnt made to show it to the client

yeah, from where do you actually send the updates to players? I've been thinking of making SAI extensions to make it easy (would make sense to allow sending it as part of a gossip request, but not sure if the packets would mess up)

at least for us, I don't think it's a good idea to always send all updates every change / every login, since we're making a generalized system

if i remember correctly, sai has no action to read or write worldstates / force a update for the player
