If it is a custom item then the client data is mostlikely modified and is scripted. If it is a spell then it will mostly be scripted as well. This was a issue mentioned on the trinitycustombranch git. Lemme find it. I did fine thru google of a mass res spell that did exsist in wotlk but it was a npc and well i never tested it
