I hate big corporations. They pay attention to users only if you are their main client, on whom their business is based.

I have encountered several applications for techies at work, which are almost monopolists in their field. And bugs in them also have not been fixed for decades.
I wrote to their support and made bug reports. Almost because of them, I started learning English to describe the problem. And in the end, they put it all in a drawer.
And somehow I started hysterical on their forum. Then they closed access to the bug tracker, and only allowed subscribers to write in it.

Yes, I used an unlicensed version. But if anyone is in the know, they understand that feedback is what makes your product better on the market.
Well, yes... I already mentioned that they are almost a monopoly. Almost. Because their competitors are the same and there is essentially nothing to choose from.
