No, it sends the correct number of spells, but I have no idea where the unlearned spells are coming from.

I guess parse and search the server generated World.pkt and try and see if it matches for example: charge rage bonus effect id: 12695 to see if it's being sent by the server if not idk

The problem is definitely not caused by this packet, because I tried disabling it entirely, and the unlearned spells still appear (on client side only).
