When using opcode SMSG_PETITION_SHOW_LIST, it does trigger the client-side events ARENA_REGISTRAR_SHOW, ARENA_REGISTRAR_CLOSED, and ARENA_REGISTRAR_UPDATE.
Could this be caused by an incorrect packet structure?
