nAttachments records of 0x30 bytes starting at ofsAttachments, followed by data referenced in these records.
0x00 - uint32 - id, our id has to be 0 for the mount-att.
0x04 - uint32 - bone
0x08 - float[3] - position
0x14 - AnimationBlock (int) - to be ignored, but filled
(do not delete this if you clean up!)
