Sorry can't give any further help, others are more practiced in helping for sure than me. But i believe openssl version should be ok. But surely you can get though the guide to be able to compile the latest source from trinitycore.

minor technical correction: branch was deleted but you can still get the source from tags in repository

I just restart the windows 10, and cmake works well . so this is not a issue.

but i compiled the TDB.440.24061 and put extractor.bat in folder "World of Warcraft 4.3.4.15595 enCN" which is the root of wow, the extractor.bat says "To extract maps for Wrath of the Lich King, rebuild tools using 3.3.5 branch!"
