Given what has happened in TC wrt Classic versions so far, my guess would be Shauren (and other people) would get back on it and implement the technical side, making MoP Classic the new "Classic Master"

No implementations. Classic exists only because someone of TC wanted to do it. These someones are Funjoker and me. Neither of us has an interest in MoP so it won't happen. WotLK Classic also exists only because it was a field test in preparation for Cataclysm. With that being said 'Classic Master' won't be a thing.
