I realized that database auth.sql and character.sql have the same tables. Why?
I had to create auth table manually.

there are no auth.sql and characters.sql and auth_database.sql and characters_database.sql do not have the same tables

That wasn't the info. the info was they have the same tables so
And those files do not have the same tables .
If that person used the same database for both that's a different story
