I wonder how they apply that to everything? I wonder if they add the spell to each guid so when it spawns it automatically has it or maybe they have a instance wide script that when anything spawns it applies that buff.

Makes me think, will they tune these new mobs to be with the rest of naxx and then apply the 30% buff to the mobs.
