I think having an official way to incentivize difficult issues could really help the project. It would motivate contributors to tackle the harder problems that might otherwise sit untouched for a long time

I know, thats why Ive been fixing ton of issues on my fork, but there are some issues that will take me months, meanwhile a contributor more experienced on that kinda issue, will solve it flawlessly
