`.npc near` queries the database directly, it doesnt check what was actually spawned in your current instance

Then you have the solution to why I can't see the NPCs, even though the database says they all spawned in map 36. There are 213 NPCs in the instance.

At the final boss and the antechamber near the cannon I only see them at the beginning of the instance, not the first 2 bosses

It's just weird that in the first half of the instance I don't see any NPCs, but in the second half everything is as it should be.
