Thanks for trying to help, really appreciate it:
But I was able to figure out that a flag from a custom zone in the AreaTable.dbc was the problem.
If anyone in the future gets the same problem:
It was either *AREA_FLAG_AllowResting* or *AREA_FLAG_EnableFlightBoundsonMap*
Im not sure why these flags are the problem, but i removed them both from the Area and that fixed the crashing
