I was wondering, on master the bg system uses tables that consider the brackets like
```
GroupsQueueType m_QueuedGroups[MAX_BATTLEGROUND_BRACKETS][BG_QUEUE_GROUP_TYPES_COUNT];
```
But this commit removed that from 3.3.5, isn't there brackets for every 10 levels for bgs in 3.3.5?
