Random query. We're noticing some users are seeing the realm as offline, others aren't. About 1700 people testing currently but definitely blocking some. Any ideas of a cause?

it depends when the people are logging in when in which intervals your authserver updates the realmlist

```
#
# RealmsStateUpdateDelay
# Description: Time (in seconds) between realm list updates.
# Default: 20 - (Enabled)
# 0 - (Disabled)
RealmsStateUpdateDelay = 20
```
and that controls the serverside update of the realm status
