Thoughts on it be a race condition client side maybe? I figure u may have some more knowledge with the client given your experience.

I've never heard anyone talk about it on official sever, anyway after 3 hours of testing I've managed to trigger the bug multiple times with the highest success rate being:

I think this bug usually happens when transport travels between maps

Well like i mentioned. I could of swore i read it happened in retail, but mayhaps i recalled wrong and it may of been pserver play.

Its funny. Someone was replrting it consistent with it being 0 0 0 1 with custom transports 100% of the time when he added a new taxi and transport path to kalimador i believe

Now not saying thats what you did at all, but could be the way he did it with custom may prove a consistent way of reproducing it
