I've set this up so the Twilight's Hammer Cultist is linked to my Hive'Zora Silithid. I have a quest to kill 30 Hive'Zora Silithid, but all Twilight's Hammer mobs count as Twilight's Hammer Cultist kills. If it does chain, they should in theory now count as Hive'Zora Silithid too.
