It's honestly amazing how the only time someone replies is when there's sarcasm involved. For a project that is supposed to be community-driven, it's pretty disappointing to see how basic support is ignored, especially for a major DK quest the main piece of its own expansion that's been bugged for 15 years.

If the idea is to keep this project alive and community-focused, why maintain it if critical issues remain ignored? Why should anyone contribute or help if transparency and support are met with silence?

Is this really how a 'community project' is supposed to work?

You come here and use an open source project already contributed to in many ways from many people with no contribution at all and expect respect

you keep repeating "community project" yet expect only the developers to actually do the work and fix things that "the community" wants

Yep. 15 years time for someone to step up. Nobody did. Not you, not the last nor the next person that will complain.

They all spent months being sad, rather than taking matters into their own hands. That's how I got into emulation. I was pissed, so I started fixing myself.

I think you are mistaking support of commercial products with support of open source products. "Community-driven" doesn't mean that the community takes decisions, it means the community is maintaining the project
