Stupid question incoming -- this warning:
```Compile tools in RelWithDebInfo or Release mode.```
I haven't changed flags for my build at all, just this one:
```-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX```
Is this compile therefore in Release/RelWithDebInfo by default, or should I be setting an additional flag somewhere?
