Im starting to believe my ISP is blocking traffic on said ports. I litterly TRIED everything and im fairly sure my port forwarding is correctly set up

yes i forwarded ports from my public ip to my desktop thats hosting my servers. I also opened the ports in my firewall and made both servers applications allowed in firewall
