it is ok, because SetCreateHealth() used for client update only, UnitMods is used for fast recalculating and counts different sources. UNIT_FIELD is used for recalculating only if it is used by simple stat and have not analogue in UnitMods

pretty sure the line should just be removed and the implementation of `Creature::UpdateMaxHealth()` should be fixed to respect base health + mods or even remove both Creature and Player impls and move it to Unit
