Why? Unless your Database is hosted on a different machine than your world & auth server, this isnt needed and should probably stay at localhost.

depends on your setup.
Auth.Realmlist should have your external ip in the adress field and 127.0.0.1 in local adress. But there are some specific cases, where local adress needs to be your external ip adress too (most VPS needs this for example)
