I've also made sure that my environmental variables are set for OPENSSL_ROOT_DIR, OPENSSL_INCLUDE_DIR, and OPENSSL_MODULES, and BOOST_ROOT (I know, not technically necessary but it helps cmake find them so you don't have to manually enter the paths)

I've also uninstalled openssl, made sure that I had the win 10 sdk installed and then reinstalled openssl just incase it was trying to do some sort of building against that
