It was always a laugh whenever he'd boot up in Starbucks and the other people there would get endlessly confused

I bought my daughter a new laptop this summer. She replaced windows with Linux immediately.

Ends up that running make install as Sudo generates a hidden folder with the tools and bin files inside, but when I chown them back to my user they change, then immediately disappear on reboot
