did you change MySQLExecutable in worldserver.conf? (not saying that its required, empty value is correct too)

I did, because it didnt find the Executable by itself. If I leave it empty the Server.log says "Didn't find any executable MySQL binary at 'D:/TrinityCore/Build/bin/RelWithDebInfo' or in path, correct the path in the *.conf ("MySQLExecutable").
Could not populate the Login database, see log for details."

MySQL Server: 8.0.39.0 (should be latest)
