Check it out- dunno if it's accurate given source but seems like decent info.

ProcFlags = spellEntry->ProcTypeMask;
spellmgr.h has enums like:
enum ProcFlags
among others... (don't know if the two references are related)

Have you got WoWDatabase Editor? If not- you can get it-
Check Spell Proc table- Proc Flags column, double-click on an entry and it'll give you a list of enum vals
