Only other thing I could think to try is to clear your cmake cache and rebuild it

You can't use Debug in production, but you can use RelWithDebInfo

that being said... `2019\Community\MSBuild\Microsoft\VC\v160` visual studio 2019 is not supported for almost a year at this point
