The 2 issues i'm resolving are:

1. Creatures that can't go in water instantly evade if you even so much as step a toe in water.
2. Creatures that are in water but can't fly or walk instantly evade if you jump out of the water. This one is admittedly an easy fix by just checking if you're falling so secondary.

(atleast at this point client stops rendering water ripples and the code is run even for creatures that cannot explicitly swim)

This is helpful. LiquidStatus returns the water depth so i should be able to fudge it with that.
