I mean `Player1Group != Player2Group` is true, with the negate it's false and skips over the check, right?

CMSG_REQUEST_PARTY_MEMBER_STATS is called in BGs, just set a breakpoint to test. Unfamiliar with the opcode though. No idea what it'll break in BGs if not working and tbh I can't remember if BG group is the same as Groups
