i want to build a calculator that will take the calculations outlined in these articles and allow for building items that can reliably match an in-game ilvl. the calculations should work no matter which direction you're going. ideally, the final product should allow you to freely adjust stats on an item and the ilvl will dynamically change, and vis-versa

so you could use the app and say you want to make a ilvl 100 rare cloth chest with int and spell damage, and it will determine how much of each, and you could use a slider to tune the stats to give it more or less int or spell damage.
