The main point of TC is not to have a 100% working experience, it's to give a chance to wow enthusiast to work on a big project and learn how to code in such a scenario

Which makes it sad to see so many say "I don't have time to learn how to code, I'm not a coder", like if everyone else was born with coding knowledge in them already

There are actually people who don't have time to learn programming, believe it or not. I understand a little bit about how things are structured, or I try things out a little when I have time, but that's all.
15 years ago that might have been possible, but today it's no longer possible for me personally to learn something from scratch. You can laugh at me or not, but that shows me that people without experience aren't really wanted and if they don't know something and ask questions, they're laughed at.

You are wrong, its not people without experience that get laughed at, its people who actively reject the idea of learning

There's a difference between saying no and not having time. I'd like to know how old you are.
