I installed OpenSSL 3.3.0 for v10 on my Dev box, which means this is the defacto SSL for 3.3.5. However, I am crashing when connecting:

`Assertion message:
C:\Projects\3.3.5a - Bots\Source\src\common\Cryptography\ARC4.cpp:31 in Trinity::Crypto::ARC4::ARC4 ASSERTION FAILED:
result == 1`

Does 3.3.0 work with 3.3.5? or do I need to run both 1.1.1(x) and 3.3.0 on the server to cater for both builds?
