to be honest, I already had this error and couldn't fix it. After I've deleted everything and recreated it, it worked ... but this time I thought I'd ask here since I am 100 % sure I oversaw something last time and finally want to know what is wrong.

if RequiredItemId and RequiredItemCount are correctly set to require that item in quest_template (dont paste the row, it has too many columns, im not going to be able to tell which ones are the ones to look at) then... idk, are you in a raid group?

Yes, they are ... item in loottemplate and in requ.item are 3926 ...

I thought maybe it's a bug in TC since it also seems to work sometimes when RequiredNpcOrGo1 is not negative, so I copied all rows from the relevant tables (quest and three gobjects) and created new GOs and a new quest ... same error ...
